Foundation Classes - Tuesdays & Thursdays, or Mondays & Wednesdays every other week (check online calendar) 10:30-11:30AM or 7:30-9:00PM.
Group Training - Join after completion of Foundation Classes: 6AM, 9AM, 9:45AM, noon, 4:15PM, 5PM, 6PM, 7PM.
CrossFit Mamas - Every weekday 9-10:30AM; babies and young children welcome. In small groups, CrossFit Mamas take turns working out and watching the children. Everyone welcome.
Personal Training - E-mail or call to schedule times for 1-on-1 or 1-on-2 personal training.
Team Workouts - Saturdays at 10AM. Team or Partner workouts. All fitness levels welcome. FIRST TIME FREE.

*Please give a minimum of 4 hours notice to cancel a workout time. You may make up missed workouts within the current month. No-shows and late cancellations cannot be made-up.
