Foundation Classes:
If you are new to CrossFit, we require you to start with a series of sessions called "Foundation Classes". These 3 one-hour sessions will introduce you to the fundamental exercises, equipment and philosophy of CrossFit.

Foundations 1: What is Fitness?, The 10 General Physical Skills, What is CrossFit?, 3 beginner Olympic Weightlifting moves, Intro to Calisthenics, 10 minute workout.
Foundations 2: Cardio and the three metabolic pathways, Core work, 3 middle Oly moves, 10 minute workout.
Foundations 3: Nutrition, Goal setting, 3 advanced Oly moves, 10 minute workout.

After you have finished your introductory sessions, you can choose to continue with personal training or enter one of our group classes.

We post a daily workout on our website, following a specific CrossFit formula. You can follow our workouts and post your results to our comments. Come to us for coaching on any of the exercises.
