I LOVE CrossFit. I know that I'm getting stronger all the time. It's great! I also really appreciate the personal attention... I know that I am working harder and smarter than I would by myself at the gym. I even convinced my husband to join and he says he is feeling better in his body than he has in years. I loooove Crossfit :-) The best workout I've ever found, and I feel like I've tried them all... and the best shape I've been in since I played University ball, and back then I was working out for three hours/day. Now I work out 20 minutes per day and seeing the same fitness results. You have to try it to believe it, but I'm now a believer. You have to try it to understand. -Cheryl

We go to Crossfit Mamas - we all bring our kids and take turns working out while the kids play with the moms who are waiting for their turn. Yes, the workout is hard work, but is customized for your personal fitness level. I was worried before I tried it that I would be "too out of shape" and thought everyone else would be super thin insanely in shape types. Not so at all. I had never done pushups before and now I can do them. Ditto with lots of other stuff there. -Amy
